Matcha Chai Frappe

  • 6 ice cubes
  • 3/4 cup of coconut milk
  • 1 flat tsp Change Chai Matcha Chai

Mango PURE Matcha Smoothie

  • 5 ice cubes
  • 1 Mango (peeled)
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Change Chai Pure Matcha
  • 1/2 cup Milk (of your choice) 
  • Honey to taste (optional)

Berry Banana Matcha Chai Breakie Booster

  • 4 ice cubs
  • 1⁄2 frozen banana
  • 4-5 berries (we use strawberries or mixed)
  • 3⁄4 tsp Change Chai Matcha Chai
  • 1 tblsp rolled oats
  • 2 tsp LSA mix
  • 1 tsp desiccated coconut
  • 3/4 cup milk

Change Chai Maca Power Smoothie (Our family favourite)

Matcha Chai Maca Power Smoothie

(for a Vegan version replace honey with alternative of your choice) 

  • 1 banana
  • 200-300 ml Milk of your choice
  • 4 Dates
  • 1 tsp Maca powder
  • 1 tsp Change Chai Matcha Chai
  • 1 tsp. Raw honey

Blend and sprinkle cinnamon on the top

Mango Coconut Chai Breakie Smoothie

  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • 1⁄2 frozen banana
  • 1⁄2 avo
  • 1 large mango cheek
  • 3⁄4 tsp Change Chai matcha chai
  • 1 tblsp rolled oats
  • 1 tsp LSA mix
  • 1 tsp desiccated coconut 1⁄2-3/4 cup coconut milk

Avocado Matcha Chai Protein Punch

  • 1/2 tsp Change Chai
  • 1⁄2 an avocado
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tsp 180 Nutrition Powder
  • 1 cup of milk (coconut is great!)
  • Ice as needed

Coconut Cucumber Protein Shake

  • 1 small cucumber
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 tsp Change Chai
  • 1 tsp 180 Nutrition Powder
  • 1 cup coconut milk or plain water
  • Small handful of cashew nuts optional
