This ice cream is delicious using only natural ingredients with no dairy or refined sugars added. It is sometimes called 'nice cream' by foodies because it is nice to your body and who wouldn't love that!
Today's recipe uses rooibos turmeric chai from the Change Chai range which is a delicious blend I highly recommend using. When you open the blend for the first time, you will be caught by the aromas which are so rich and authentic you will be able to smell the individual spices. I fondly remember growing up with rooibos tea with a spoonful of honey in South Africa which gives you an almost caramel taste and is the inspiration for the flavours of this ice cream. I hope you love it as much as I do.
