Toasted Oats with Raspberries, Yoghurt and Change Chai.

A fresh healthy start to the day that is low in sugar is always a winner with me.

Have a go at this one Kathryn (my wife) mixed up this morning. It's delicious and super quick!

Change Chai Toasted Oats

Recipe: Toasted Oats with Raspberries, Yoghurt and Change Chai

1/2 cup rolled oats

1 flat tsp fennel seeds

2 tsp coconut, shredded or flakes

1-2 dollops of greek yoghurt

1/2 banana

1 handful of raspberries

a splash of water

1/4 lime

1/2 tsp Change Chai or Pure Matcha

Toast oats, fennel seeds and coconut in a medium pan until aromatic or just lightly browning - no need for oil or butter here unless you want really crispy and golden. Add to bowl.

Dollop yoghurt and chopped banana on top.

Heat raspberries and water til bubbling and saucy. Drizzle of oats and yoghurt.

Squeeze lime juice over bowl.

Sprinkle with Change Chai for the zest it needs!
