This weeks recipe comes from our good mate, Lynda Griparic, gut health and weight loss specialist (www.lyndagriparic.com). This is a delicious smoothie that is great for both inside and out. I'll let the photo do the talking.
Here's the recipe:
1/2-1tsp Change Chai Matcha tea
1/2 Red Grapefruit (with pith)
1/4 cup Coconut Cream
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tbsp Pistachio nuts
1/2 Lemon (juice, flesh and pith)
1/4 cup Baby Spinach leaves
1/2 tsp Vanilla bean Powder
1 Scoop 180 nutrition powder
Put all the ingredients in a blender/ smoothie maker and press the button. Serve fresh and cold.
